Description
The Trust, a registered charity, provides UK and overseas fine art graduates with cheap living and working space so the resident can spend a month away from the pressures and constraints of city life and can use this time to concentrate on his/her practise in a rural context. It is hoped that this unique experience will have a lasting effect on the artist.
Technical Information
There is no equipment or materials provided although the residents are encouraged to utilise and recycle discarded materials left by past residents. The Trust will be only too happy to help the residents with the names of local suppliers of art and sculptural materials.
Accommodation Information
Individual rooms in shared house.
Location
The Farmhouse stands in four acres of grassland that may be utilised for the making and display of sculpture and other work.
